Google & AI visibility
$79/month on Essentials, $85/month on Business, included in Business Plus. We reply to your Google reviews, keep your Google profile up to date, and check every month whether Google and AI assistants mention you, with a one-page report.
What's included
- We check your Google Business Profile for new reviews three times a week.
- A short, friendly reply drafted for each new review, up to 20 a month. Extra replies past that are $2 each, billed with the next month, and only for replies you approve. No minimum term: cancel any time with 30 days' notice by email.
- We post each reply within one business day of your approval.
- Negative reviews flagged to you the same business day we see them.
- Each month we check your profile's hours, public holiday hours, services, booking link, attributes and photos, and draft one Google post.
- Up to 4 new photos a month added to your profile. Photos never show identifiable customers without their written consent.
- Each month we check whether Google and AI assistants mention you, with a one-page report.
On Business, the add-on replaces the 5 reply drafts and quarterly profile check-ups already in your plan, so you never pay twice. Business Plus already includes it. See pricing.
AI answers change from day to day; each report is a snapshot of the questions we ran, not a ranking or guarantee. We don't scan the dark web, monitor Facebook/Instagram, or take sites down for you.
How approval works
- A review comes in, or a profile update is due. We draft the reply, change, post or photo and email it to you.
- You reply "APPROVE", or send your edits. From your phone, between jobs.
- We post it as your business and confirm by email. Nothing is ever posted without your OK. If you don't reply, we send one reminder, then leave it.
To set it up, you add us as a Manager on your Google Business Profile. It takes about three minutes, and we email the steps. You stay the owner, we never need your password, and you can remove us at any time.
Privacy-safe and careful
Our replies never confirm that someone is a customer and never mention their personal details, appointments, health or the work done for them, even if the reviewer did. Unhappy reviewers are invited to email you directly, so the conversation moves offline. We don't argue in public. Reviews stay on Google: if your industry's rules restrict testimonials, we won't repeat or promote reviews on your website or social media. You approve every word, and you remain responsible for your advertising.
What we'll never do
- Buy, fake or write reviews, or ask staff, friends or family to post them.
- Gate reviews by only asking happy customers, or offer anything in return for a review.
- Promise to remove reviews. Only Google can do that, and only when a review breaks its policies. If one clearly does, we'll help you report it.

Scam watch
$19/month on Essentials, $22/month on Business, included in Business Plus. Every month we look for fake websites, lookalike web addresses and listings using your name. We help you check your SMS sender name, and give you ready-to-send Scamwatch and ASIC report templates.
