Google & AI visibility: AI answers change from day to day; each report is a snapshot of the questions we ran, not a promise of rankings. We don't scan the dark web, monitor Facebook/Instagram, or take sites down for you.

Google & AI visibility includes up to 20 review replies a month (A$2 per extra approved reply) and up to 4 photos a month, with no minimum term (cancel anytime, no notice period). On Business it replaces the 5 reply drafts and quarterly profile check-ups, so you don't pay twice. Scam watch: no minimum term, cancel anytime with no notice period. The fine print and good to know

Term, cancelling, billing, GST, what a change request is

The fine print, in plain English

  • Setup fee: A$0 on every plan.
  • Minimum term: 3 months, which covers the work of building your site. Then it's month to month.
  • Cancelling: cancel anytime by email. Your plan ends when your 3-month minimum ends or, after that, at the end of the month you've paid for. No exit fee.
  • Billing: monthly in advance. Sign up and pay on this site by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through Stripe. Prefer PayPal? You can use PayPal on every plan and add-on.
  • GST: we're not registered for GST, so no GST is charged. The price shown is the price you pay. If we become registered, GST may be added on top of your price (a government tax, not a price rise); we'll tell you at least one calendar month before, and you can cancel before it starts without paying the rest of your 3-month minimum.

Good to know

  • A change request is a small edit of about 15 minutes, such as new hours, a photo swap, updated fees or a new team bio. Unused requests don't roll over.
  • Bigger jobs (a new section or a redesign) are quoted by email first, as a flat price. Nothing is charged without your written OK.
  • Your site goes live about 7 business days after we receive your complete content (questionnaire answers and photos).
  • Switching? We move your site for free: your pages up to your plan's limit, redirects, your "Book now" link and your domain. Moving email isn't included.
  • If you leave, you keep your domain and we send you your site files, free.
  • Not included: paid ads, SEO campaigns or ranking promises, online shops, logo design (included in Business Plus as part of bespoke design), or writing specialist or health-claim content.

Refunds & cancelling

Base plans: 3-month minimum, then month to month. Cancel anytime by email, with no notice and no exit fee. Your plan ends when your 3-month minimum ends or, after that, at the end of the month you've paid for. Add-ons have no minimum term. Cancel one anytime, with no notice; it stops at the end of the month you've paid for. There's no refund for that month, and you won't be charged again. The 3-month minimum applies to base plans only.

Pre-launch refund: if you're not happy with the design before launch and tell us in writing before you approve it, we'll refund your first payment in full and your subscription will end, with no further fees.

We don't give refunds for a change of mind on months that have already started, apart from the pre-launch refund above. This doesn't affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Our services come with guarantees that can't be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that can't lawfully be excluded.
