Do you charge for the first call?
No. The first 15-minute call is free, and you get a written fixed fee before any work starts.
Can you work with my existing software?
Yes. We work in the common cloud accounting packages and can move you across if you're still on spreadsheets.
Do I have to come into the office?
No. Most clients upload documents and meet by phone or video. The office is there if you prefer to sit down in person.
What if I'm behind on lodgements?
It's more common than you'd think. We catch up the missing years, talk to the tax office for you and set up a plan.
