Clinical Pilates sessions are run by our physiotherapists, not general instructors. Before joining a group you'll have a one-on-one session so we can understand your history and set up a program for you.

Small groups have a maximum of four people, and each person follows their own program. Many people use Clinical Pilates to keep active after finishing a course of physiotherapy.

What it usually involves

  • A one-on-one starting session
  • A tailored program on reformer, trapeze table and chair
  • Small groups of up to four
  • Regular program reviews with your physiotherapist
